Relaxing Treatments . . . are an important part of physiological well-being. They include fascia releasing massage, deep tissue, classical massage therapy for detoxification, releasing tension in tissues and nervous system, and of course, relaxation. Physiology Consulting and Coaching - starting with the interpretation of physiological data as it is accessible through a basic medical blood testing, or through more advanced metabolic screening: we provide coaching and consulting such that you can learn about your own physiology and to interpret them, and integrate that with other practices. Likewise, we highly recommend a fitness tracker that is able to track resting heart rate (RHR) and heart rate variability (HRV) in a reliable way. On the other end, measuring medical lab parameters is key for the assessment of health and such of course also for the optimization of your metabolism.
