Goals, and Developing Them
Foundation and Tools
You have the feeling that one or two parameters of your physiology are probably not quite in the optimal shape. Or it is simply that your belly tells you that something is different from only a few years ago.
You are not sick yet, but you want to preserve your health. We discussed elsewhere why a visit at the doctor’s office won’t be helpful: There is nothing to repair!
Or you recognize that your posture is not the best, when looking into the mirror. It may even already limiting the range of motion in some part of the body. Regardless your starting point, you need a set of tools for managing your health.
A proper set of tools provide a good foundation for setting up a reasonable goal.
The available tools are from four complimentary categories:
Balancing Activities . . . for improving the capabilities and awareness of the body
Relaxing Treatments . . . for passive relaxation
Food Tracking . . . for describing the input to your bio-chemical machinery
Physiological Measurement . . . for integrating the effect of all of the above
Think about these categories as pillars that create a space for your goals to live within. You can start anywhere, and you can go anywhere within this space, and you can move around in different ways and following different paths.
Use our toolbox and practices to create a sanctuary for your longevity.
